Class 2: The Change

Tip: Journal what it was like before freedom and then as you notice changes, write them down and keep a praise list!

What are you looking for in an accountability partner:   Wisdom, Maturity, Truthfulness, someone is accountable to someone else and not a ‘lone ranger’ themselves etc.

Class 10: Praise On

Galatians 5:1; Exodus 15:2

Make a Benefits List: Write down all the many benefits of being free. Include obvious and things you just notice on your own! Instead of complaining, get out your list and begin to thank God!  Lisa has on her list: 1. No longer afraid to be alone  2. No longer yell as a first response to frustration  3. Peace  4. I no longer feel rejected when I’m corrected 5. I no longer crave sugar.

Class 11: Wise Tips

Tip: Take an inventory of your thoughts and motives. What do you think about most of the time? What do you talk about most of the time? Gauge your heart and your mouth and prioritize and adjust yourself accordingly! Pray!
